Where does the search volume come from?

Monthly search volume and CPC are sourced from paid search data for the chosen country and language, with a twelve-month trend. Difficulty is computed from the referring domain profile of the current top ten results.

What is prompt volume?

An estimate of how often the same buying intent is asked to AI engines such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, per engine, with the actual prompts people use. It is returned alongside search volume so content can be planned for both surfaces.

Can I get keyword ideas from a competitor's domain?

Yes. The ideas endpoint takes a seed keyword or a domain and returns the keywords that domain ranks for, with metrics.

Does the API return keyword difficulty in bulk?

Yes. The difficulty endpoint accepts up to a thousand keywords per request and returns the score with the top-ten link profile that explains it.

Monthly search volume with a twelve-month trend, CPC and competition from paid data, an organic difficulty score, and the share of results pages where an AI Overview now appears for that query. Keyword ideas and related terms come from a seed keyword or a domain. Prompt volume reports how often the same intent is asked to AI engines, so a content plan can be sized for both surfaces.
