    By accessing or using honeyb.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by SIA Honeyb, a company registered in the Republic of Latvia.

    2. Description of Service

    Honeyb provides AI visibility monitoring and analytics for brands. Our Service tracks how AI systems reference and recommend brands, and provides reports, scores, and insights based on publicly available AI-generated content.

    3. Use of data

    The AI Visibility Index and related data published on our site are derived from publicly available AI-generated outputs. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, endorsement, or ranking of any institution's products or services.

    4. Accuracy disclaimer

    AI outputs are non-deterministic. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy through daily data collection and trend analysis, we cannot guarantee that the data reflects every possible AI interaction. Scores and rankings may fluctuate and should be interpreted as directional indicators.

    5. User obligations

    • You agree not to misrepresent Honeyb data as official regulatory ratings or endorsements.
    • You agree not to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our data without written permission.
    • You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms on our site.

    6. Intellectual property

    All content, data, analysis, and design on honeyb.ai are the property of SIA Honeyb. The Honeyb name, logo, and methodology are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

    7. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA Honeyb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service or reliance on our data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

    9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

    10. Changes

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
